· Construction managers – Experienced in all forms of construction management and preconstruction services, with projects ranging from less than $1 million to over $60 million
· Design-builders – Experienced in program development, budgeting, bid procurement, design, and construction of numerous project types. Capable of providing any developer and/or owner a "turn-key" product tailored to their needs.
· General Contractors – Historically our primary form of project delivery. We’ve built thousands of projects around the state, with a concentration at the University of Michigan (Chrysler Arena, the Undergraduate Library, Sam Wyly Hall, numerous football stadium renovations, “Bo’s Building”, UofM Natatorium, Central Campus Recreational Building, numerous parking structures, etc), Michigan State University (Detroit College of Law/Business Library Building, The Pavilion, Shaw Lane Parking Ramp, etc.), Northwest Michigan, the health care sector, dormitories/hotels, and the wastewater/water treatment plant sector.
· Concrete Tradework – Any and all foundation, footing, flatwork, site, structural and architectural concrete work. We are one of the largest and most-respected concrete contractors in the state of Michigan, but will perform work of any size.
· Carpentry Tradework – Any and all carpentry work. This would include framing, siding, doors/windows/hardware, casework, architectural woodwork, all specialties, all finish work, etc. We do carpentry/general trades packages of all sizes (currently, we have general trades/carpentry contracts from as small as $5,000 to as large as $10 million).
· Selective Demolition - Both interior and exterior demolition of any size and scope.
